Academic Buddy Program
Personal Mentorship for Researchers
How it starts
Everything begins with a free discovery call.
I talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether I am the right person to help you.
The Program
Built around goal-oriented packages.
Each package is a focused engagement built around one specific milestone in your career, with clearly defined goals, deliverables, and a finish line.
You start with the package that best matches your current goal. Once that goal is achieved and you are ready to move on to the next milestone, you can return for the next package.
The packages do not have a fixed duration, although most typically run for around 4–6 months. Each package continues until you achieve the agreed goal or become sufficiently independent and confident to carry out the relevant processes on your own and continue progressing toward that goal.
What Each Package Includes
Every package is built from the same core services, scaled to the goal.
Regular calls to audit your profile, map your goals, and build a clear application strategy.
Hands-on writing and editing for your CV, research proposals, personal statements, cold emails, and thesis chapters.
Curated shortlists of fellowships, labs, and programs matched to your exact profile and goals.
Mock interviews with detailed debriefs and full panel preparation, so you walk in ready.
Help evaluating offers, briefing your relocation, and planning your first ninety days in the role.
Not every package includes every service. Each is scoped precisely to what the goal actually require
